He has 13 years of product management and internet marketing experience, starting his career as a program manager at Microsoft on the Windows 95 team.

In 1996, he founded a web development firm based in Cambridge, MA specializing in hosted e-commerce and visitor analytics solutions.

Steven then built a worldwide product team for Internet tools at Oracle as Sr. Group Manager, growing its developer program to over 5,000 companies using viral Internet marketing techniques.

He has extensive Silicon Valley startup experience, creating and marketing web infrastructure appliances as Director of Product Management at Redline Networks (acquired by Juniper Networks in 2005 from $132M), and rejuvenating legacy product lines as Sr. Director of Product Management and Marketing at Nominum, a Juniper-funded company.

Previously, before graduating from MIT, Steven built arguably one of the first 5,000 web sites.
